As the holding company of Fukuyama Warehouse Co., Ltd., which operates in the logistics and real estate leasing businesses, we are responsible for formulating the Group’s management strategies, developing capital policies, and strengthening corporate governance.

Since its establishment in 1891, Fukuyama Warehouse Co., Ltd. has played an important role in supporting regional logistics. Building on the trust and expertise cultivated over the years, the company has advanced and streamlined its logistics services while also developing its real estate leasing business through the effective utilization of its assets. As the holding company, we support Fukuyama Warehouse in building a resilient management foundation capable of adapting flexibly to changes in the social and economic environment through the strategic integration of its business activities.

In addition, we have actively pursued new business opportunities in response to changing social environments and emerging needs. Over the years, we have developed businesses in such areas as health-related products, distribution of hygiene products, and introduction of advanced medical technologies from overseas to Japan.

Today, in face of demographic changes and labor shortages, we are preparing to enter the employment placement business by bringing a specialist in the human resources field onto our team. At the same time, we are promoting sports-related initiatives aimed at contributing to local communities and fostering young people, as well as projects that support athletes in building sustainable careers.

By responding proactively to changes in society, we will continue to create new value and explore new business opportunities. At the same time, we remain committed to coexisting harmoniously with our local communities and to earning the trust of all concerned, into the future years.
