Greetings from the President

Tomoe Management and Holdings （TMH）was organized in 2016 as a holding company of Fukuyama Warehousing, established in 1891, whose main line of business has been warehousing and real estate leasing. TMH acquired 57.5% of Fukuyama Warehousing`s outstanding shares in 2016.

In spite of our status as a holding company, as we witnessed environmental deterioration such as global warming, pollution, frequent natural disasters, and loss of the quality of life caused by COVID 19, we came to think we ought to do something to protect and enrich the ordinary life of the people. It was May of 2021, with the help of friends sharing the same ambition, that we started our new activities to improve the quality of life for the people in the region.

We started by helping develop the “nano bubble water” which contains oxygen in very small cells called “nano bubble”. This special water is expected to work very effectively in the area of advanced medical care. Researchers are now working to prove that the water, once being taken into a body, serves to restrain the activity of cancer cells and dramatically improves the effectiveness of radiation therapy and anti-cancer therapy. Study using mice and small animals has already been completed and the research is now in the stage of clinical testing in medical establishments in Japan and the States.

Next, we introduced a product named “First Place Science” from the States which is a disinfect capable of eliminating Covid19 and other virus and bacterium. Although the product is powerful and its effect is long-lasting, it is safe for human body. It quickly eliminates odor. It is incombustible and can be used safely in any circumstances. After marketing the product for several months in the region, we judged the product ought to be categorized as either “medicament” or “quasi-drug” in order for the consumers to use the product properly, and we decided to pass the marketing right of the product to an affiliated company named “Anbishio Medical Company”, which is expected to be authorized as a distributer of medicament products soon.

Our next project is to contribute to the progress of medical technologies. We advise and unite venture Birms which have highly advanced medical technologies around the world, with major medical appliance producers with the aim to help productize the new technologies quickly. We also plan to support and advise local medical establishments, which do not have easy access to up to date technological information, to utilize such new technologies without delay.

At the same time, we are preparing to enter into the real estate advising field utilizing Fukuyama Warehousing`s experience and network in the region.

Although we are still new and small in size in these areas, we are determined to do our utmost to enrich the daily life of the people in the region by bringing together the capabilities of our staff members and the network of firms that share the same wishes.
